Right of withdrawal (Europe)

European customers have the right to return their order within 14 days after delivery, according to Directive 2011/83/EU.

Conditions:

• The item must be unused, with original packaging and tags

• The customer covers the return shipping cost

• Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the item

Exceptions:

• No returns on intimate wear, swimwear, or personalized items
