Defective or incorrect products

We accept exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Wrong product received (wrong size, color, or model)

Exchange conditions:

  • Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, in original packaging

Costs:

  • Exchanges due to supplier or shipping errors are free of charge for the customer.

  • We do not accept exchanges for reasons like change of mind or incorrect size selection.
